So I relied a lot on my phone, which explains the high numbers at the beginning of the month. Also, whenever my parents visit, there is a spike in phone usage. Oops. There are certain apps that I couldn’t find myself getting off of. It’s hard because said apps are vital for communication. July was a really tough month for me. A lot of my routines fell off the wayside. I’m still recovering from it now, not 100% back on my feet yet. Sleep Hours of Sleep I ended with an average of seven hours of sleep. Definitely towards the end of the month, I kept snoozing my alarms more and more. So even if I’m getting “seven hours of sleep”, it probably isn’t the best quality sleep.
Highlights I dyed my hair! I’m liking it a lot. It’s supposed to be the in between step to blonde but I’m liking it brown so far. Also the dying really fried my hair pretty badly so I’m going to wait until my hair gets a bit better before dying it to the blonde I want it to be. New hair It was my brother’s birthday.
Highlights Attended my high school friend’s Star Wars themed wedding! Sleep Hours of Sleep Sleep was not good this month. Other than my party-hard weekends, most of it is just because of my mental health hasn’t been that great. A lot of staying up and being plagued by thoughts and turning to the Internet to distract myself from those thoughts or to actually feed my thoughts even more.
